寧神安睡桂圓蓮子羹

材料桂圓、白蓮子各2兩、水5

製法:

1桂圓、白蓮子洗淨加水煲滾後改細火煲2小時至蓮子稔即可

服法:每晚瞓覺前一個鐘頭飲,隔日要飲一次,最少飲一月。

功效寧神健脾補腎,改善睡眠
